By the end of this BC ECHO on Substance Use session, participants will be able to:
1) describe how substance use and injury can alter pain sensitivity, and
2) outline approaches to acute and chronic pain management in those with opioid use disorder and using opioid agonist treatments, such as buprenorphine/naloxone, methadone and slow-release oral morphine.
